In the event of delays, backorders, or out-of-stock items, we will promptly notify you and offer options such as refunds or assistance in finding a suitable alternative.

PAYMENT

We accept payments via VISA, VISA Electron, and Mastercard. Payments are processed in GBP (British Pounds) and will be charged when your order is dispatched.

DELIVERY

REDSAUNA aims to dispatch orders within 24 hours of confirmation. We offer free shipping to parcel shops.

Please note: If there's no space at the delivery point, your parcel will be redirected to the nearest pick-up point, with notification provided. For any issues, please contact customer service.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

You have a 2-year right to complain under the Consumer Rights Act for defects in material and/or manufacturing. If your complaint is valid, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

RETURNS

You have a 30-day return period from receipt of the item. Please ensure the product is returned in proper packaging. Contact us before returning the item for ease of processing.

REFUND

Once your return is received and processed, refunds will be issued promptly.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have 30 days to withdraw from your purchase agreement. Notify us within this period to initiate the return process.
